Viet Pham received Scouting's highest honor last night at a wonderful Court of Honor.

Viet has had a stellar experience in Scouting, so far. 34 Merit Badges, 119 nights camping, NJ, NOAC, WJ, Sea Base, and is a Brotherhood member in O.A.

This summer, he will be at Philmont and Northern Tier.

One of the remarkable items on his list of accomplishments, is his leadership. Viet is serving his 4th year as a Den Chief and does so better than anyone I have ever seen. He is also our Troop's ASPL and our Chapter's Vice Chief of Brotherhood.

Viet truly is a great example of how the Scouting program is producing responsible leaders.
